Nobody tells this to people who are beginners… It's gonna take awhile. It's normal to take awhile. You just gotta fight your way through.

This might be acceptable for most sedentary lifestyles but not for athletes, and certainly not for someone who is undertaking a fitness program...
The amount of water that our bodies can store is quite significant. After all, our bodies are made up of mostly water…
Let me ask you a question. What do you think would happen to all that water weight being stored, if you started hydrating properly? If you guessed that you would begin to remove toxins, and lose some of the water weight, then you would be correct.
Now, how do you think your body would perform when it’s properly hydrated versus when it’s not? It would perform exceptionally better when it’s hydrated. This also means that your metabolism might perform better too.
I challenge you to track how many calories you drink in a single day. Once you do that, you might want to think about drinking water and nothing but water for a while. Replace anything and everything you drink with water. Water has zero calories and is the most beneficial thing that you could drink. It is also one of the safest ways to begin losing weight.
Keeping your body hydrated will help you transform your body into a fat burning machine. Combine that with the fact that you would be drinking far less calories, and sugar. Add to that, the loss of water weight being stored, and you might lose that weight you were looking to lose in a matter of weeks. Just from drinking water!
If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to shed some weight, I recommend that you to drink nothing but water for 2 whole weeks. I even came up with this cool little water tracking tool that you can print out and mark with a big "X" once you drink enough water. You can download my cheat sheet here.
How to use water to burn even more fat.
Try drinking an ice cold glass of water when you first wake up to give your metabolism a kick in the pants early in the morning. Your body has to bring the water to a suitable temperature in order to be metabolized and absorbed. In order to warm the water, your body has to heat it. Like a boiler. This reaction burns calories!
Another way to burn some extra calories while you’re being lazy in front of the TV is to grab some ice packs from the fridge, and put them on your back, shoulders, and chest. Just like the water, the ice packs will make your body and core temperature a little bit cooler. Your body will react and try to keep warm, and this reaction will burn some calories as well!
I just gave you some valuable information to burn some fat. It’s safe and it’s effective, and best of all it’s free! Now go forth and apply what you’ve learned!
