When he first started the program he scored 154 points on the PFT. He did 12 pull-ups, 40 crunches, and 26 minutes on the 3 mile run.
After training for only one month he can now earn a 1st class score with 254 points by doing 20 pull-ups, 75 crunches, and 21:30 on the 3 mile run.
That is quite the improvement with literally only 12 hours of training time!
JD told me that when he took his before picture he was already in great shape.
"My before picture is the shape I was in when I took 2nd place in the Hoosier Open Brazilian Jujitsu Tournament. That was the best shape I've ever being in, and I'm actually in better shape now after starting the 300 PFT program than I ever was when I was in my prime."
Now, just after 1 month of training he feels that he is in the best shape of his life! You can clearly see that there was a significant increase in his lean muscle mass. Plus some new body art.
JD also had this to say, "I only have been training for about a month, and I don't think I have an ounce of body fat anymore, it's all muscle now. I have also noticed that my flexibility is through the roof and PT (physical training) isn't as hard on me as it once was."
I am going to keep in touch with JD until his 8 week journey is complete. I have a feeling that I'm going to be adding another success story to the case studies section.
