Today I have another incredible success story to tell you about. This time it isn’t someone who is trying to join the military. This time it isn’t even a guy. It’s an incredible mother of two with the determination to reach her fitness goals. She was able to burn 45lbs of fat in about 5 months!
Another thing that I want to point out about this amazing and pretty lady is that she is a big supporter of our American troops. She frequently puts care packages together and sends them to our troops overseas. I have a deep gratitude for everything she does to keep us motivated.
My name is Tiffiny, I am the mother of a 17 yr old and a 12 yr old. I currently work 3 different jobs, which I love very much. I am a licensed childcare provider during the day, an independent Scentsy consultant in the evenings and I am a sales consultant at a tanning salon on the weekends.
It sounds like you’re always on the go! How did you find out about The 300 PFT fitness program?
I found out about the “300 PFT” fitness program originally through the founder. I happened to be reading a few posts that were posted and contacted him regarding the program.
Why did you decide to try this program?
I have always been a “big” person and after my recent divorce I decided it was time to focus on me. I wasn’t happy being a size 14 and I wanted to fit into my high school jeans again. Yes, I still have them. Size 4-6. For me it isn’t the number on the scale so much, it’s how I look in my clothes.
That’s the perfect way to look at fitness. I worry about the people who become obsessed with scales, BMI, and counting calories. It becomes a never ending battle that seems impossible to win. What was your weight and physical condition when you first began?
When I started the program I was 5’6”, 192 pounds. Not very healthy and a lot of discomfort when doing any form of exercise.
What were your results, and how long did it take?
I have been using this tool for roughly 5 months now and I am down 48lbs! I recently discovered that I need minor surgery and have put 8lbs back on. I have no doubt that once my recovery is complete I will lose those 8lbs and a little more.
What was the most difficult part about it?
The most difficult part at first was the 1 gallon of water consumption. After I conquered that obstacle the next difficulty for me was eating breakfast. I have never been a breakfast person, so making myself eat that meal was the hardest. I still occasionally miss breakfast, but I eat a meal replacement protein bar. I also make sure I eat at least 20 minutes after waking up.
What was easy?
The easiest part was doing the grocery shopping. I would use the program recommendations as a guideline to make my grocery list. There aren’t any off the wall, expensive foods that need to be bought. Regular foods that are sold in my local grocery stores.
Has this experience changed your life in any way?
This has been a positive change in my life. I have been very successful in my results, that I have turned a few friends on to the program. My daughter also enjoys the meals that I prepare. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to ANYONE. You don’t need to buy anything, there are no pills to take and as long as you follow the guidelines and do your exercise, you too will love it.
In regards to fitness, what are your plans for the future?
I plan to continue using the “300 PFT” program. It works, it has worked for me and as long as I stay focused and determined it will continue to work for me.
I also want to add that the founder of this program is very easy to work with. He is there to answer any questions, offers work-out plans if you hit a wall and believes completely in himself. Finding him and his program has been a God send to me...
There you have it folks, the warrior lifestyle can be embraced by anyone who is willing to take on the challenge.
I want to thank Tiffiny for taking on the challenge, and for taking the time to answer my interview questions! It has been a pleasure working with you.
