When I began the challenge I was already in decent shape. I had been training with my 300PFT workout plan for several months and was hitting 300 points on the Marine's Physical Fitness Test. My starting weight was approximately 177lbs.
For 30 days I ate like it was my job and stuck to the workout routine that I designed for the challenge. I worked out a total of 9 times for about 15 minutes per session. Are you curious about how that's possible? Great, because I will be writing a short "how to" guide so that you can do it too!
