I have a tough job ahead of me because I still have to earn your trust. You have many options available when it comes to choosing a fitness program. So why should you trust me?
First of all, I don't plan on wasting your time like other fitness "experts" do talking about scales, calories, BMI, cardio machines, or ridiculous diets with no basis for success. Those people are posers. I want you to be better and smarter than them. I plan to educate you with only the best knowledge that I have to offer.
In the future, here's what I will be writing about:
- The importance of hydration, stop drinking fat.
- Planned resting, muscles don't grow in the gym.
- How to properly provide nutrition to your body in order to increase energy use.
- How to exercise the smart way. At least 2 times a week, and at most 3 times a week. Surprising?
My mission is to help you get in the best shape of your life. In the Marines, failing was not an option.
