300 PFT was developed by Sgt Manny Melgoza with the intent to hack the physical fitness test, in the shortest amount of time possible, with the least amount of effort.
However, it is much more than that. It is a blue print for a healthy lifestyle. This program will educate you on the most effective techniques for building muscle, and shrinking fat faster than you ever thought possible.
For those of you who do not wish to join the military, this program can still help you tremendously. It was designed to make all participants leaner, faster, and stronger. As you work towards an outstanding physical fitness test score, you'll find yourself in peak physical condition.
History & Heritage
Since November 10, 1775, the Marine Corps has been training the finest warriors in the world. We are the modern day Spartans. We have been transforming normal Joe civilians into lean fighting machines. Not everyone who makes it to the recruit training depot arrives physically prepared, but I have yet to see anyone leave unfit. In fact, you're not allowed to graduate unless you meet the minimum physical fitness standards...
From the moment you wake up, til the moment you close your eyes at night, boot camp is designed to turn civilians into Marines. The drill instructors will monitor your entire existence for 12 weeks. Relentlessly telling you what to think, do, eat, sleep, and drink.

What's The Difference?
This methodology of training has been tested by years of military use. Like the saying goes, "if it's not broke, don't fix it."
I will teach you how to achieve your fitness goals without hurting yourself. I will only prescribe just the right amount of exercise to stimulate muscle growth.
You will only be required to exercise 3 days per week, for 1 hour each day.
The program is only 8 weeks long, with only 24 training sessions. In just 24 hours of training, you'll be fully prepared for the PFT.
